Free day at the museum is coming!
We’re excited to share that the Chisholm Trail Heritage Center will be participating in Free Day at the Museum on Flag Day — June 14, 2026!
This special statewide celebration is part of the 250th anniversary of the founding of the United States, and we’re honored to join museums across Oklahoma in opening our doors for free.
Visitors will need to present an official Oklahoma Museums Association (OMA) voucher for free admission on June 14. The voucher portal opens April 1 at 10 a.m. at: https://www.okmuseums.org/free/
- Vouchers are first‑come, first‑served
- Each voucher is good for up to four admission tickets
- Available until June 7 at 5 p.m. or until all are claimed
OMA and Oklahoma Tourism will be promoting this event statewide, and we’re thrilled to be part of such a meaningful celebration.
Bonus for summer visitors:
This special day falls right in the middle of Blue Star Museums summer, when active‑duty military families receive free admission at participating museums nationwide — including ours.
