Edmond, OK, June 4, 2014 – Jimmy’s Egg Franchise Systems LLC will open its tenth company-owned location at 2024 North Highway 81, Duncan, OK on June 23, 2014. The restaurant will employ approximately 25 people.
Award-winning breakfast and lunch restaurant Jimmy’s Egg® brings Duncan residents the opportunity to enjoy full cups of coffee and fresh-baked breads served by an attentive staff. The new 3,986-square-foot restaurant will occupy space within a freestanding building and feature a 52-seat meeting room as well as offer hot breakfast and lunch catering options to the community. The restaurant will also provide free Wi-Fi Internet access to its guests.
Jimmy’s Egg LLC is based in Oklahoma City and is owned by Loc Le, who took the original Jimmy’s Egg® from one store to a city-wide chain and restaurant group led by Jim Burke, the former president and CEO of Oklahoma based Eateries Inc. Burke co-founded the Garfield’s Restaurant chain of 55 restaurants in 20 states which was sold to an investment group at the end of 2006.
