Lippy Chic Boutique brick and mortar building started as sterile and drab in February 2014 and in May 2014 is now decorated brightly and full of pizzazz! Started by long-time Stephens County resident and nurse, Kasey Brown, the dream of becoming a business owner has only been made reality by support and time from my family and friends. Although I have no experience in retail business or ownership, I have exemplary passion to detail and a heart for excellent customer service. Starting small to grow and glow, only through him can I accomplish all things.
